Awesome life coach training services by CoachtrainingAlliance? Coach Training Alliance firmly believes education does not take place in a box like a classroom or in a hotel conference room. We establish mastery through practice and actively engaging in our thoughts rather than in a seminar/workshop stressing the knowledge transfer of theories and mechanics. After all, you wouldn’t become a professional tennis player by watching the game on television or a world renowned piano player by just playing the piano. It takes practice. Coaching is no different. If you miss a class (or part of a class) recordings are available to participants only, however, requirements for certification and graduation stipulate that participants miss no more than two total classes.
Over ten thousand coaches have come to Coach Training Alliance for our ICF approved life coach training and continuing education courses. Our specialized coaching programs, courses, and workshops are designed to create positive change, regardless of the types of goals. Typically, the program is conducted via live conference call, however on-site presentations may be coordinated with your organization. Participants will use class time to solve real work challenges. Discussion and practice sessions support the work that needs to be done to inspire personal growth and strengthen their co-creative leadership skills. As participants apply what they learn, they will create opportunities for the organization, employees and themselves individually. Classes are taught in an intimate setting, with a maximum of 12 students, to allow for individual attention, connection with class peers and an environment of focused learning. The Approved Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) designation is awarded to programs that meet professional standards for coach training programs established by the ICF. Graduation from an ACSTH program will meet the ICF’s requirements for individual coach certification for student contact learning hours for the number of hours of the program. ACSTH approval does not warrant or guarantee the effectiveness of the training or the student’s ability to build a successful coaching practice. The individual applicant must take the ICF’s portfolio exam to obtain their credential.
